Hiring a team-
The way you pick a team your professional team will either set your career and finances up for for life, or assure you a place on the Electric Prunes tour. SO be very careful and pay attention "personally" to the process of assembling them. I know you don’t like to deal with a lot of stuff, but it's your career and your money, and you have to do it every now and then. If you pick the right people you can then set your life on auto pilot and just check on it periodically. If you pick the wrong people and set it in automatic pilot, you will slam into a mountain before you know what happened and have a millions at your exposure and in a blink of an eye have nothing to show for but a gold album and smile.
