A exclusive beat is a beat that I can only sell to one artist making the purchaser the full license holder and giving them all the rights the that beat. A exclusive beat cannot be resold again by me only the person that purchased it from me can sell it for whatever value they want. That’s why exclusive beat are more expensive its because once sold as exclusive I do not own that beat anymore. As soon as a track is sold as exclusive I trash all the session files that I used for that beat after the purchaser gets all the data needed for his/her production.
A non exclusive beat is a beat that I can sell to as many artist’s as I want to without giving up my ownership of the beat. That’s why non exclusive beats are cheaper than exclusive beats for the simple reason that I still own the track your just getting charged a small amount to use it on your record. Non exclusive beats only apply to a album, mixtape etc with total sales not exceeding 7,500 copies. Sales past this amount are required to purchase another non exclusive license for a additional 7,500 sales and so on.

Magnitude 9 Entertainment was started from a dream to be different than the mainstream but produce the type of impact to turn heads. Josh D Bryant A.K.A "Eclipse" Artist, Producer, Mixing & Mastering Engineer, Founder & CEO of "Magnitude 9 Entertainment" had his vision on the big things. Josh started rapping at the age of 11 and started producing at the age of 14 never loosing his creative vision and keeping his mind on the main focuses in life. I came in this world with nothing Josh says but I will go out with everything and continue despite what some people might image or think of me. Josh is no stranger to struggle my life was just me being another kid that was all I ever was to my real Mom and Dad my real parents were drug dealers and heavy into the crime scene. My Dad was murdered when I was in the 2nd grade and my Mom was in prison and a heavy drug addict. I was adopted when I was 4 and if it wasn't for my Mom now I would be in a gang load of trouble. I never gave a crap about school because my dream was to be a musician. And slowly it's all coming together. Getting my links to the big people, Starting to make a name in the rap world, Getting my studio fitted with the nice equipment. And so with the help of his older brother "Casey" Josh is starting to transform into a much bigger thing than just another rapper or producer. My life was born on music and whenever I die that's how I will end either in the studio or producing another hit. One of my biggest influences comes from my step mom because it never mattered how broke we were or how far behind on the bills we were she never gave up. She held 3 people together put up with a bunch of my sh*** and did everything and still said it's going to be fine. She deserves more than what money can buy for all she has done for me that's why I'm such a strong person because she molded me just like her. Thanks to all the people who support me in any way.
