I am a licensed PReacher and they call those CHaplins when they in a certain area of ministry OUTSIDE OF A CHURCH...Like I can go to prisons, jails ect. BUt I am a URban Evangelist...I minister in places erbody else scared to go in so, its just a legal title. BUT I call myself Chaplin Because its also my street name....Like a nickname from my homies cause I always be preachen to em about stuff and real talken with them and they respect me....Its all love
