I dont know, alot of people out there,known and, unknown sample old records and already made music.
personally, theres alot of good songs out there that originated from in simple sound clip from an old song. I just feel its crazy how much people recycle old music like, music is running out or something..Dont get me wrong, I dont Put anyone down who does, "more power to you, Feel Me?" I just think that life is short and niggaz need to get on there grime and make some new shit..

Real talk that's whats up. I feel ya'll to a certain extent, classics are made from classics but if you can create your own classic track then someone in the future may be able to sample something from you or themselves and create another classic, feel me?

Check out one of the greatest R&B producers Brian Cox. Yep he is one of the greatest R&B producer's of all time, can't tell me anything different, check his track record. For example, he created a track for Danity Kane called "Ride For You" and Marques Houston "Circle." He damn near sampled his own beat, my dude create nothing but classics. I just realized this had nothing to do with the post "sampling sounds from old records" but I was just replying to give my input.

you see, thats what im talking about, thata pretty much my goal, create my own style of sound, and maybe one day someone's gonna say to themselves..hey i wanna use that sound for my song.....good talk my dude..
