Do you vote by GENRE OR THE TRACK when voting for music.

Well genre comes first...if the beat isnt the right genre then its a loss right off top...

Well for HipHop battles the genre shouldnt mean much. All the genres on this site is what makes hiphop. It even says in the lil description under HipHop battle that its just "a general category that could be a mixture of genres." Voting on HipHop battles should be based strictly on which beat was created better. The mixing, syncing, cleverness, Laziness all of that shit.

THIS is on point RodriguE. Especially "The mixing, syncing, cleverness, Laziness" After all, we are should be judged on not only our music, but also the production quality being we are aspiring producers right? A good beat is a good beat...I can respect that, but not stealing, then chopping ONE LINE of a sample that is NOT CLEARED, looping it, then adding only a bassline, hat, snare, and kick (which is often times loud to the point of distortion). I have no problem with using samples, that's what hip hop was founded on...I just think production quality and musical talent should be heavily considered when judging fellow "producers". Just my opinion

Yeah low you should consider using commas and periods because that's the longest run-on sentence i've ever seen except this one but not necessarily this one because in fact I could stop writing anytime now and just put down a period but I'm not because I'm trying to beat your record that you've set so high that it's going to be difficult for me to even begin to beat your sentence and especially noted is that you have the caps lock on so in real life you would be yelling those things so that it would end up being a ridiculously loud run on sentence that I know will backfire at me and lead some to tell me that this isn't english class and I shouldn't be correcting punctuation and especially grammar but then again it's very hard to read what someone has to say when they don't use punctuation and have a great deal of grammatical errors so I thought I'd just point that out for the time being and also to distract you from beating your run-on sentence record because that just happened. That's right, that just happened, ha ha. Any contenders?
