You want it, ask me how much for an exclusive, split publishing, give me my production credits, pull all of that shit in writing, and lets make music. I may take less for the sake of making a classic. How are you going to tell a producer you can't pay up front, want him/her to take a 80/20 split on the song, and you are not a well known artist?
