Dirty South Beats, is that the female one. Why the hell is ther 2 of dem? One should be force to change the name. Who was here 1st? Thats a lil confusing to the buyer, i think

Yes! I have receive numerous emails about this.So i had to check it out. The "Dirty South Beats" name is trade mark,copyright and intellectual property of Kitty Kat Records of Mobile Alabama. No one can use this name online or off, that has anything to do with music production as of makeing beats,selling beats,leaseing beats, buying beats,trading beats or producing beats.If any name fall under the category, thats copyright infringement. Not saying you cant use the name. But you cant use the name doing any of the above in red. Any question please call

'Dirty South Beats' is a very descriptive, a very well known and commonly used term, i didn't know you could get it copyright'd as a trademark... i don't know much about this stuff, but like to what extent is it a trademark? like are you gonna call out somebody calling theirselves 'Dirty South Beatz', 'Dirty Souf Beats' etc? cause i know you couldn't like, make a cola based soft drink and call it 'Cokez'. to me it seems like trademarking the word "Love" or "Hip-Hop" or "Girls" and then telling people they can't use them.. but like i said i don't know, so yeah.. get back to me.. btw, i'm not trying to start beef or sound like a dick or anything, i'm just curious. peace
