Now im bout to get me some headphones and im going for some close to top of the line headphones. I need some for accurate monitoring of Pro Tools audio. A lot of people say that you need good headphones and monitors to accurately hear your Pro Tools mix so that when you mix it down to an audio file it sounds exactly how it was in Pro Tools. I plan to get the Sennheiser HD215 Professional Closed Back Headphones. Tell me if these are good for monitoring. I recommend you invest in some actual studio monitors as well, if you havent yet.

I like audio-technica headphones. And they are so affordable and comphy. Don't rely on mixing with headphones though.

them sony joins nice good sound.... and so do the bose them headphones are somthin else

real talk man. whoever told you you should mix with headphones is mad. trust me. I work at a professional studio and I mean headphones are cool to reference and what not. but NO ONE relies on headphones to mix vocals or ANYTHING at that.

I think AKG make pretty good headphones. I use them in my studio.
