You're probably right that he just straight up stole tha main melody on purpose. But when things like this happen, I can't help but think of the possibility that maybe he heard your beat a while back and then one day heard that beat or part of it, like the main melody, playin in his head and he thought that he thought up tha melody. This has happend to me before, like one time I heard this melody playin in my head and I liked it but it seemed like i'd heard it before. Luckily I have a sharp memory when it comes to knowing where i've heard a song before and I discovered it was a melody of Bradstar's. I moved onto tha next melody.
All im saying is that there's a small chance that he really thought he made up tha melody, like it all came from him, but he just can't remember if he's ever heard it on here or on tha radio before. You gotta be careful when coming up with these beats, cuz a lot of cats is copying famous songs or songs that they think sound famous.

True but some people know the exact sound they want for a melody when they hear it in their head. Whenever I hear a melody in my head I hear it with a particular instrument or sound which gives me a better understanding of the whole feel of tha song. But Dr. Furyis used a slightly different synth that sounds real close to Nyce Beatz's but not tha same. "You can't copy gold, you can only get close."
