To whom it may concern. Im a new producer and I use Fruity, sue me. Point is, not one soul on here or any other board came from the womb a top beat maker, it just doesn't happen. You all had to learn and go through your whack phases, you aint special. I dont see how so many people on here disrespect the newcomers when they should be trying to help. Criticism is always a good thing for those that can take it, such as myself. I take what is said about my beats and attempt to make it better. When I vote, I say who I'm voting for and why, you may not agree, but its my opinion, and last time I checked, I was entitled to it. Everybody has different thoughts on what music should sound like, from hip hop to dirty south. Im from South Cack and I hate it when an up north cat votes on my battles and then tells me its not dirty south. I take it, cause thats what I'm here for, but at times I think,"how in the hell an up north cat gonna tell a dude from the dirty dirty what dirty should sound like. How would he know when he aint from down here? How does he know how we like our music? Bottom line, respect one another and get the fuck off the new dudes, we have a right to learn to. If you're that professional, you're beats would be selling like hot cakes, and you wouldn't be here bitching at the cats trying to learn. I thought only racists wanted others to remain ignorant.

I feel that, I know I say alot when I vote in battles, especially on new cats using that FL. I'm a FL user myself and I learned that those sounds it come with aint the best, but I try not to listen to the sounds themselves, but the actual production, how they layer instruments, how they layout drum patterns, arrange drop outs etc. From that I can tell if a dude is wack or not. If you have bum sounds, thats just it, u have bum sounds get some new ones lol doesnt mean you suck, just means you need to invest in some progear. These cats out here that's makin that dough, they use high quality equip yo, that cost major dough. Even solja boys beat, tho the sounds are fruity the mix is not, if you hear the original recording that was floatin on youtube, and the newly released radio version u can hear they really did a face lift on that track. But i got off topic lol point is, dont just say something sucks, say how it could be better.

I still think an official should police the votes...
but cats on here aint trying ta make battles a major issue.
I'm sure most people are voting fair but still sure that others aren't.

one easy solution would be to require that the notes field had a certain amount of characters in it, just like description when you upload...

i appreciate the feedback from everyone tho and i respect everyone's view... even u bigdawg, and we've butted heads b4 but you ain't neva went out your way to disrespect in no way. if i remember right, you gave me a few tips i think and that was BIG. respect

I see it alot cats dropping comments saying both beats are wack and everyone has their opinion but why not tell them why you thought it was wack. Maybe it's being lazy if thats the case why even write "they are both wack" and just write voted. Remember that saying if you don't have anything good to say don't say anything at all. It should be if you say if you say something negative back it up and explain why.
