I am selling two beats Exclusively to someone or an artist. I downloaded the 101MBC file off of here and i am looking at Artist Producer Contract. I am not sure if this is the correct contract for selling beats.

Basically I want to make sure that if I sell him at the Exclusive price. How do I make sure if he really is an artist or an A&R. Because what if say this person buys my Ex Price and then he turns around and works with lets say an established artists and makes millions? How can I know if he is an Independent artist or with a major label? Because I am sure if I ask the person these questions he could say otherwise..

What clauses can I place within the contract to prevent such things from happening?

Are artists the only people able to purchase the beat? What if a person who is not an aritst chooses to buy it and knows Daddy Yankee and then either sells it to him or works with him and make millions.

Could he sell the beats after he purchases it Exclusive right from me?

Let me know your experience if you have sold your beats at Ex Price.

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM...I LOOKED ON HERE COULDNT FIND NUTHIN THAT FIT WAT I WAS LOOKIN FOR...U CAN WRITE SOMTHING UP YOURSELF U JUST GOTTA KNOW HOW TO WORD IT WRITE...TRY GOOGLE

I can't open this file.

its in a zip file... once u download right click and hit extract all.. get @ me if u have any problems...

I did but the file in the zip file doesn't seem like a file. The icon looks like a legal size paper with a square filled with icons in the center.
