where I can get some free Beat Contracts between the artist and the producer. I need an agreement between the beatmaker and the artist statin the terms of the beat (NE or EX) and how the beat and for what purpose be used. If anybody could help i would appreciate it.

U can find that in the downloads section of this website. On tha first page just download "101 Music Business Contracts" and you'll find it in their.

You can make your own contracts just explain the differance on each contract (Exclusive rights contract) & (Non-Exclusive rights contract) and dont forget to put a space for the buyer to sign and a space for the seller (YOU) to sign, date it, and always ask for the buyers I.D. to verify that the name is correct. Also, copy thos contracts, and keep those contracts on file somewhere.

hey i got a question on ur exclusive rights contract it states that the producer gets no royalties. Is it always done like that? im asking because i got someone that wants a beat and was talking about discussing percentages which im guessing he meant royalties. Also do i have to put my Producer name or my real name? because theres alot of ppl wit the name Nine so im guessing i cant register that name or sumthin. Im working on a record label so im guessing i cant put that yet until its official. also on section 4 theres a part that says " – Music produced by Jonas (UNEQUE) Sonier for BEAT AFTER BEAT PRODUCTIONS." do i make it "Music produced by (my real name)(producer name) (last name) for RecordLabelHere" ? sorry if its alot of questions but im not really good @ this contract stuff lol

You can split the royalties in what ever percentages you want it or whatever you decide to do with the artist. I did it 50/50
