Question about exclusives rights 3 Months, 1 Week ago Give Props!: 0  
Hi everybody!

So if I sell beats with non-exclusive rights, lets say for example 5 times, can I still sell that beat with exclusive right to someone else?

Cause artist dosen't have rights to publish that beat if it's bought with non-exclusive rights, could it be that I could sell that beat to someone else?

If someone could answer. I would appresiate.

You can sell a NE right as many times as you want and still sell the EX.rights but after that they are the sole owner of the beat...

My buyers sign a contract with me stating all of that if they violate it its breach of contract same for me if i resell an EX.Right..

Mines too man this beat game is shady cause I ran into this dude from texas that did a beat for my cd and i bought for $200. A year later i heard that same beat on somebody else shit. I would never do that to nobody. I agree wit beatfanatik.
