Aight so I'm a female producer, and all the time I get, "I've never heard of a girl making beats" it's usually along that dialogue.
So, this leads me to believe potential costumers aren't taking me seriously...what do I have to do to make them think otherwise???

Don't show your face ever. Keep it abstract until you land the deal. I know what you mean about people not taking you serious. I know a lot of women that make beats and they come with that heat too. By the time they know it's a woman giving them heat, GAME OVER..you are in there.

Yea girl i get that all the time...and i agree when i show my face on my profile people never take me seriously...but once i get around then when i show my face...they all hysterical like its impossible foe a woman to make a beat...i find it funny...but yea girl keep ya head up  |

For the most part after dudes get over their surprise and actually hear what i can do, then they cool. but other ones just think im here to be hit on. usually the one with ZERO rapping ability. i kinda find it funny too, now that i think about it.
